We will meet one another and get an understanding of your project. We will provide you with a rough estimate based on your wants and needs and parameters of your project.

If your project requires it, we will discuss if their is an existing designer or architect in place or if you would like to design through us. We will also provide a fixed cost estimate and proposal.

At this stage, applications, permits and schedule preparations will be made to ensure a successful start to your project.

We get started on your project! A-OK is an Owner-Operator company that will be physically on-site working on your job. We utilize our great relationships with trade partners for specialty tasks and to get work done in a timely and efficient manor. We will be on site a majority of the time. We utilize project management software for communication, specifications and scheduling. You will always know what is going on with your project!

We have a one-year warranty on workmanship and material defects. We will proactively reach out to you at both 3 months, and 11 months to ensure anything is addressed before the warranty period ends!
